There
are now six pizza places throughout southern
Illinois that is owned within our family. The
Fairfield location is a sit down restaurant our
father, Sebastian, expanded on in the 80’s. In
2004, we took over the Fairfield restaurant and
currently are in the process of opening a
takeout and delivery site in Mount Vernon, IL.
Our success doesn’t just come from the pure
drive of our family to get a business up and
running… it was our pizza. Our quality,
authentic thin crust pizza made from scratch,
gave us our success. We take pride in our
homemade pizzas. We use the freshest
ingredients, make our own sauce and dough, and
bake our pizzas in a stone oven for quick dine
in, pickup or delivery. Our main focus is to use
quality ingredients to ensure customer
satisfaction.

1973, when DiMaggio’s opened their first
